Week 4...The Garden

Wow! I cannot believe it is already February!  We have been busy busy.  Wesley watched the kiddos this past weekend and I went to Fort Worth for a girls night.  It was really fun but I missed my babies.  The weather was so pretty so Wesley was able to get the garden going. Thanks to Eric for all the pretty rows.  He planted onions, cabbage, & broccoli for now.  I wish I could take some credit on this one....but I cant! The garden is ALL his!  

Week 3....The Trampoline

We had a good week until Thursday when a winter storm came in and blew Addison's new trampoline (that Santa brought) to the pasture!  She was so upset.  She cried and cried and cried!!!  I felt so bad, but I knew that if we bought another one the same thing would eventually happen so it was just not worth it.  Well, yesterday we drove down in the pasture to pick it up, and see what was left of it.  IT was mangled to pieces! The legs were off, the springs were spread out all the way across the field, the enclosure was broke, but we managed to find all the pieces except 3 springs!  Addi kept saying, "Daddy you can fix it right?"....lol. 

Well, we made one little girl VERY happy when we put the whole trampoline back together today!  We even walked the field again and found the 3 missing springs!  Wes and I really did not think it was going to be able to be salvaged, but it was with a little TLC and as you can tell by the pics....she's HAPPY!

Week 2

We had a great week!  It has been raining so we have not been outside much.  Nothing to exciting happended this week.  Just enjoying my little monkeys and watching them grow. :)

2011....Week 1

We had a great first week of 2011!  I cannot wait to see what this year has in store for our family!  Here are a few pictures from this week!

One Picture-A-Week Keepsake!!!

I got this really cool idea to post a picture-a-week for the entire year of 2011 to my blog.  I got this idea from http://thecreativemama.com/one-frame-a-day.  Check it out...its really cool!  I will post a weekly picture of whatever we have been up to for that week.  When the year is up, I will put all these pictures and blogs into a coffee table book and have it printed for an AWESOME keepsake! So, this week sometime I plan on getting some cute pictures of the kiddos to start my first blog for this first week of 2011! Stay tuned! I am really challenging myself to keep this up! :)
